My Santa contacted me before shipping and we exchanged some nice messages. They said, there will be two parcels on the way: something from Amazon and the main parcel sent by them. The amazon gift is not here yet, but they told me, it's the animation movie DVD "Song of the Sea". I haven't known it before, but after looking it up on the internet, I'm sure, it will bring wonderful entertainment and joy to our whole family. Thank you so much in advance!

Today, the main parcel arrived and when I saw it, my heart was jumping. Not only because it was a very pretty parcel, but also because it was sent with An post. It's the first time I got a gift from my favourite country Ireland!!!

And wow, my Santa did so fantastic! They have read my profile very thoughtfully and put together a huge variety of lovely gifts:

  • brochures from different sights like the oldest operational lighthouse in the world (Hook) and a restaurant. I love to get to know new things about different regions, countries, ...

  • a magazine with recipes for the Easter time. Yummy!

  • eight beautiful, beautiful, beautiful postcards from Wexford, Dingle, different other places and two cute donkeys

  • a bunch of sweets from Naughty Nellie's Sweet Shop: my kids already wanted to open it but we had to take the picture first. I'm especially excited to try the colourful "Gift from Wexford"

  • a big shopping bag in the colours of the Irish flag that I can use quite well for carrying my pupil's activity books

  • a Metal Lapel Pin showing the special Irish road sign "Sheep crossing"

  • a peculiar Ireland-magnet where three shamrocks are attached to

  • an awesome little stone saying "ewe's lovely" and showing a cute sheep. We can use it as a lucky charm :-)

  • a very extraordinary jigsaw-puzzle showing two old Irish coins - Half Crown 1964 on one side and 1 Penny 1968 on the other side

  • the book "The Anthology of Irish Folk tales" which containes some of the huge amount of Folk tales from every Irish country. I will definitely enjoy reading them.

  • a remarkable tea-towel with different Irish family names and their family crests. Almost too pretty to just use it for doing the washing-up

  • a very informative and oh so funny pocket book about the "Irish Craig". I looked through it and the pictures and information texts were extremely appealing to me (the first page I opened was about Extreme pancake-tossing on a rope bridge)

  • a sweet, cute, pretty, amazing, glittery, cuddly self-made jellyfish with beautifully curled and super-soft tentacles. It's stunning and I love it so much!

I also received a long, informative and wonderful handwritten letter from my Santa, which I always like and appreciate a lot.

All in all, you cannot do better. It's perfect!

A huge Thank You to Wexford!!!

PS: The DVD has arrived and we are looking forward to watch it :-)
